Your privacy is important to MYND so we’ve developed a Privacy Policy that covers how we collect, use disclose, transfer, and store your personal information. This Privacy Policy applies, without limitation, to any individual or entity that (a) uses the Website, (b) creates an Account (as defined in our Terms of Service), or (c) provides any personal information to us.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected on or through any third party websites linked to the mynd.asia. Such third parties have their own privacy policies which we are not responsible for.

If you do not agree to this privacy policy, please stop using the website/providing any information to us.  This is because access or use of the website or provision of any information to us (whether or not you have a MYND account) implies that you agree to this Privacy Policy including the manner in which we use your information.

  • User provided information (e.g. identifiers, such as, first name and last name, email address, phone number, date of birth, username, password and any other contact and/or Account information) through our Website, or our events;
  • Service Provider Information: Information about the mobile or internet service provider you are using with your device to access the Website and/or send us messages. , including name and the Messages: The date, time and content of any messages you send to us;

How Information is Collected

Your personal information will be treated as an asset of MYND and may be transferred to a new entity in the event that we go through a proposed or actual sale, merger, acquisition or transfer due to an insolvency or liquidation proceeding.  Parties connected with the contemplated or actual transactions aforementioned (including financial and insurance entities) may be given access to your information for the purposes of determining whether to proceed with such transactions or as part of reporting requirements. Other than to the extent use and disclosure is pursuant to a court order, we will require such parties and successors in interest to treat your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and to use and disclose it only for the purposes for which it was collected.

We also reserve the right to release information to law enforcement or other governmental officials as we, in our sole discretion, deem necessary to comply with applicable law.  

Use of Web Technologies

Cookies

A cookie is a small piece of data that is stored on your computer or mobile device. We use cookies on the Website to collect additional website usage data and to operate our services. We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies to . A session ID cookie expires when a browser is closed. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. Persistent cookies also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on the Website. Tracking Pixels

MYND is based in Malaysia. Please be aware that information you provide to us or that we obtain as a result of your use of the Website, an Account, or any services provided by us will be processed and transferred to, and be subject to the laws of, Malaysia. By using the Website or an Account, or by providing us with your information, you consent to the collection, transfer, storage and processing of information to and within Malaysia.
